We are seeking two Organisers to join the CPSU SPSF Group Victorian Branch during an exciting period of renewal and re-energisation. These are full-time, ongoing positions.

As an Organiser, you will recruit and engage members, mentor delegates and health and safety representatives, and lead campaigns that strengthen the union’s presence, solidarity, and influence across the public sector.

Your work will include planning and delivering workplace, sectoral, and state-wide campaigns, mobilising members around enterprise bargaining and organisational change, and using workplace mapping and data to create strategic organising plans. You will represent members on collective issues in meetings with management, lead enterprise bargaining negotiations, and coordinate the union’s response to organisational restructures and rostering changes.

This is a dynamic, hands-on role within an activist, democratic union committed to empowering members and fighting tirelessly for their interests.
