CPSN provides supports to clients in Metro and Regional Victoria, offering a variety of shifts and hours, SCHADS Home Care Level 2.1 casual rates + penalty shift rates + super + salary sacrifice.

About the Role

We're looking for compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team. You'll provide person-centred support to people living with disability, supporting them to live independently and achieve their goals.

This is a fully remote and field-based role, supporting participants in their homes and in their communities. We welcome candidates with great experience but are fully committed to provide the required training to those candidates without.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, individualised support in line with participants' NDIS goals
  • Assist with daily living, community access and complex cares as required
  • Promote independence, dignity and choice for every participant
  • Maintain accurate progress notes and communication with the team

What You’ll Bring

  • Understanding of NDIS principles and participant rights
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
  • Great communication and reliability
  • A willingness and dedication to progressing CPSN learning and training

Essential Requirements

Existing or eligibility to apply and attain prior to commencing employment:

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working With Children Check (where required)
  • First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Valid Driver's Licence and access to reliable vehicle
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
