About the role
The Student Engagement Coordinator is responsible for coordinating student placements, work experience and early careers programs across CPA. The role provides operational support to managers, students and education providers to deliver a high-quality placement experience while supporting CPA's future workforce pipeline.
Responsibilities of the role (not limited to):
- Coordinate student placements, work experience and student volunteer opportunities across CPA.
- Manage placement requests, onboarding activities and ensure students complete required compliance and induction requirements.
- Support managers and supervisors to create positive placement experiences and provide guidance throughout the placement lifecycle.
- Build strong relationships with students, education providers including universities and TAFEs, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate student records, documentation and reporting requirements through systems including Workday.
- Support scholarship and early careers initiatives, student feedback activities and continuous improvement of student programs.
About you:
- Experience coordinating student placements, work experience, volunteering or similar programs.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
- Excellent organisation skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach with a passion for supporting students and developing future talent.
