About the Role

We are seeking a Logistics Officer for a period of approximately 18 months, to assist the Radio Replacement Project (RRP) team to manage a small production line, configuring, kitting and controlling stock for the RRP. This position is fundamental in delivering and monitoring all inventory movements, both inward and outward for the RRP. The role is also responsible for establishing and maintaining an excellent service delivery with clients both within and external to CFA.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Management of materials, equipment, spare parts and services
  • Financial management of inventory
  • Ensuring inventory is warehoused appropriately
  • Actioning requests promptly

About You

Our ideal candidate will demonstrate experience and working knowledge of inventory control and warehousing procedures and practices in addition to excellent problem-solving abilities, analytical skills and high standards of customer service. You will be a self-starter with previous experience managing a small production line or team ideally.

Essential to this role will be your superior organisational skills with the ability to meet tight work demands whilst juggling the need to develop and maintain working relationships with both internal and external customers. Experience using SAP, MS Word and MS Excel will be important to your success in this role. Additionally, a forklift licence will be highly regarded but not essential.
