An exciting opportunity in a leading Aboriginal, community-controlled, primary health care service is calling for a General Manager – Business Services Division to use their extensive financial, operations, risk management and executive management skills to help drive the organisation into a thriving future.
The General Manager Business Services is a key member of the executive management team, providing strategic support to the CEO and board. This role leads the business services team to develop annual delivery plans across the disciplines of finance, IT, records storage & management, communications, risk & compliance and property maintenance & management. Leading the project to deliver Congress's new flagship Health Hub will be an important focus for the role.
The successful candidate will be tertiary qualified and a member of CPA Australia or ICCA. Congress is looking for a strategic thinker, a problem solver and an influential leader with a proven track record of leading change and culture, in a complex and diverse environment, influencing sound financial management, and possessing an innovative solution focussed attitude.
