This exciting opportunity will work collaboratively with our Marketing Team Leader in coordinating the planning, implementation and evaluation of our marketing and communications strategy for our growing and evolving group.

This unique role based in our beautiful Bokarina office will also be responsible for creating and implementing marketing & communications activities (utilising our website, Google My Business, social media and more) to tell the story of our amazing people and services, and impact our organisations makes on the lives of others and the community. We are looking for a people person who understands the customer has to come first and has a knack for building relationships with key stakeholders.

The right person will embrace working in a fast paced and agile environment and want to strive to constantly improve and raise the bar on our marketing and communications activity to help us impact more people in more ways.

About you

We are looking for a dynamic and creative marketer with a broad-based knowledge of marketing, communications, advertising, digital, content, and event and database management. You will ideally have come from a similar role and understand key marketing and communications platforms and processes.

You will also bring:

  • Degree or Qualification in a field related to Marketing, Communication, Media or Public Relations
  • High level of communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer focused and willing to learn in a busy and dynamic environment
  • Understanding of marketing principles and practices
  • Ability to prioritise, multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Experience with WordPress or another CMS
  • Experience with Google My Business and various social media platforms
  • Basic to Intermediate skills in Adobe Creative and Microsoft packages
