Communications and Marketing Coordinator

Communify

Working with the CEO and alongside the Board’s Communications Committee you will design and deliver Communify’s communications strategy. This is a hands on role where you’ll use your creativity, wisdom and experience to design and implement a fresh and exciting marketing strategy in line with Communify’s business and strategic plans. You’ll work towards measurable outcomes of increased customer engagement and retention, increased community awareness of our brands and increased awareness of our impact.

You’ll create content and deliver key messages and stories across our platforms. You’ll have strong copywriting and design skills and will create engaging print and digital content for our brand including ads, brochures, reports, press releases and website content. You’ll love our brand and be comfortable talking to audiences about who we are and the work we do.

About You

You’ll have:

  • Qualifications and experience in communications, advertising, marketing or public health promotion
  • Exceptional organisational capabilities and be able to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Experience in working across digital platforms and will be confident in writing copy for media and promotional material and creating on brand posters and newsletters
  • Solid technical skills in relevant platforms and programs
  • Lots of ideas, creativity, style, initiative, an instinct for what works and a keenness for trying new ideas

You’ll be:

  • A quick and creative thinker and have exceptional written communication skills
  • Brave about giving something new a go
  • Great at managing relationships and be comfortable working inclusively and respectfully with a broad range of people

About the Role

  • Design and deliver the marketing and communications plan
  • Develop and deliver innovative marketing and communications campaigns
  • Develop, manage and analyse content for all communications channels including social media, EDM’s and website
  • Actively contribute to and identify opportunities to promote brand awareness
  • Campaign coordination, including creating content and design work.
