We're seeking a dynamic Coordinator RTO to join our team to ensure the compliance of Communicare’s Registered Training Organisation (RTO). You will be the driving force behind our training initiatives, to be instrumental in ensuring seamless leadership, meticulous management, and ensuring compliance within our RTO framework.
The Coordinator RTO will ensure Communicare’s RTO provides quality training and growth in industry-based training opportunities in line with the organisation’s strategic vision. The role is focused on providing a positive client experience for all stakeholders accessing training programs with a commitment to continuous quality improvement.
Reporting to the Community Services Lead, the role manages Communicare’s Registered Training Organisation (RTO) including but not limited to Auspice Schools, Mentor4u and Jobs and Skills program.
This position will be offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract, working 60.8 hours per fortnight. We're seeking a dynamic RTO Coordinator to join our team to ensure the compliance of Communicare’s Registered Training Organisation (RTO). As this program runs from multiple locations, you will have the flexibility to work at Rockingham, Cannington, or Midland.
