Common Ground Queensland (CGQ) is a specialist supportive housing organisation providing supportive and affordable housing to people who have experienced or are at risk of homelessness. We offer housing to individuals and families in high and medium density single site and dispersed site models.
Our supportive housing approach offers long term, safe and affordable housing that is intentionally linked to personalised support services. Support services for tenants are provided through partner organisations.
CGQ also provides tenancy support to individuals and families in partnership with partner organisations to assist tenants to sustain their tenancies and maintain stable housing outcomes.

Common Ground Queensland is looking for experienced casual and permanent part time concierge professionals with a security licence for the position of Concierge Officer. Above award conditions.
The Concierge Officer is responsible for the delivery of professional Concierge and Security services at Brisbane Common Ground (BCG) and other controlled buildings.
The Concierge Officer is required to provide customer-oriented services that promotes the achievement of supportive housing outcomes. Concierge Officers should create a welcoming environment, enhance and maintain the safety of tenants and visitors, maintain the Security of the building and immediate environment, ensure accurate record keeping and safeguard the assets and reputation of Common Ground Queensland.
The Concierge Officer provides advice and organises emergency maintenance contractors for tenants in scattered site supportive housing.
