About the role

Lead the Early Intervention Psychosocial Support Response (EIPSR) team's mental health and wellbeing service delivery by providing practice leadership, psychosocial recovery support and care coordination, working in collaboration with RMH Mental Health Service key clinicians while fostering a positive, recovery-oriented team culture.

Your duties include:

  • Provide day to day practice leadership and support to staff working in the local catchment area and across the team
  • Mentor and support staff to deliver high-quality, recovery-oriented care, working with complexity, trauma-informed practice, care coordination, and organisational systems
  • Enable and drive positive relationships between RMH Mental Health Services key clinicians and the EIPSR team through liaising with various stakeholders

Our ideal candidate:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or significant relevant experience
  • Demonstrated skills and a minimum of two years’ experience working in community mental health with clients who present with high levels complexity, vulnerability, and disadvantage. Experience in other relevant sectors will be considered
  • Ability to work in a complex and changing internal and external environments with accountability to clients, teams, leadership and RMH Mental Health Services partners
