About the role
Are you a passionate Podiatrist looking to elevate your clinical practice while championing health equity? At cohealth you will deliver holistic podiatry care as part of a vibrant multidisciplinary team. Managing a varied caseload, you'll treat foot conditions related to diabetes, peripheral vascular disease and other high-risk complications while empowering clients to prevent complications and improve their long-term health.
- Manage a sustainable caseload with a maximum of two new 60-minute assessments per day, 6–12 clients daily, dedicated admin time, and no home visits.

- Be supported by a close-knit podiatry and allied health team, dedicated administration and sterilisation support, and a diverse clinical caseload including general care, paediatrics, high-risk foot, diabetes, biomechanics, orthotics, and nail surgery.

Your duties include:
- Deliver Advanced Clinical Care: Provide high-quality podiatric assessments and interventions, specialising in diabetes management, wound care, peripheral vascular disease, biomechanics, and nail surgery.
- Empower Through Education: Collaborate with clients to create practical, self-management strategies that give them autonomy over their health outcomes.
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work shoulder-to-shoulder with GPs, nurses, and other allied health professionals to provide seamless, wrap-around care for complex clients.
- Uphold Excellence: Maintain accurate, high-standard clinical documentation to ensure safe, seamless continuity of care.

Our ideal candidate:
- Tertiary qualification in Podiatry and AHPRA registration
- At least two years’ experience as a Podiatrist
- Demonstrated clinical competency in the areas of biomechanical assessment, nail surgery, diabetes assessment and wound management
- Strong belief and personal alignment in cohealth Values and Mission
