About the role

Lead the day-to-day operations of our public oral health services, supporting a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, client-centred care. You'll drive clinical excellence, ensure compliance with infection prevention and control standards (including AS/NZS 4187), and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with the wider leadership team, you'll help optimise service delivery across our clinics and outreach programs.

Your duties include:

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of our oral health clinic and outreach services, ensuring high-quality, client-centred care
  • Foster a positive, values-driven team culture that supports continuous improvement and enables staff to work to their full scope of practice
  • Oversee workforce planning, including roster management, recruitment, and supporting onboarding and development of team members
  • Ensure compliance with infection prevention and control standards, accreditation requirements, and the effective management of clinical quality and equipment

Our ideal candidate:

  • Qualification in an Oral Health-related field and minimum 3 years-experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of efficient practice management
  • Ability to analyse issues and develop innovative solutions to problems
  • Strong belief and personal alignment in cohealth Values and Mission
