About The Role
This role helps bring CNV’s values to life by coordinating projects and development initiatives that strengthen connection, capability and continuous improvement across the organisation.
You will work collaboratively across CNV to plan, implement, review, and report on projects that deliver meaningful impact for staff, the organisation, and the communities CNV serves.
As the Project Lead- Engagement and Development you will:
- Coordinate medium to high complexity projects from planning through to review.
- Build collaborative relationships that support shared ownership and values-led outcomes.
- Coordinate learning, development and leadership frameworks that strengthen capability.
- Use reporting and analysis to inform priorities and support continuous improvement.
- Coordinate staff collaboration activities and engagement surveys to strengthen culture.
What You’ll Bring
Essential skills and experience
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated experience in project management, organisational development, or related fields.
- Proven ability to plan, manage, and deliver complex projects with competing priorities.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills.
- Well developed written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and presentations.
- Ability to interpret and apply policies, legislation, and governance frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
Personal attributes

- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to influence without authority.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and organisational learning.
