Community Living Project (CLP) partners with people with disability and their families to self-direct support and live purposeful, connected and valued lives in their communities. Established in 1984 and grounded in family leadership, CLP’s mission is to assist people with disability to live their own unique and purposeful life of inclusion through home, relationships, competencies and highly valued roles in community.
Reporting to the CEO, the Manager – Community Living Services leads day-to-day operations across CLP’s Community Living Services. You will support Community Living Facilitators, strengthen individualised arrangements, uphold CLP’s values and ensure services are safe, sustainable and aligned with each person’s vision for a good life.
This role suits a calm, thoughtful leader who can balance operational complexity with respect for people with disability, families, workers and community.
You are a calm, organised, values-driven leader with experience in disability, community services, allied health, nursing or another human services setting. You bring strong skills in supervision, risk management, safeguarding, communication, budgeting and compliance, and share CLP’s belief that people with disability are people first, with gifts, aspirations and contributions to make.
Join an organisation with a long history of inclusion, innovation and family leadership. You will help lead services that support people to build ordinary, meaningful and connected lives at home and in community
