People are at the heart of everything we do, and we invest in our staff, recognising that it takes a community of truly talented individuals to work with others to promote independence, participation, and inclusion.

About the role

Civic is recruiting for our Blue Mountains & Central West sites. Civic offers a 24/7 service to our clientele. That means you might work mornings, afternoons, evenings and overnight. The hours vary, so you will have the ability to work a range of hours between 14-74 per fortnight. You will be provided 1 site, so you can really get to know the clients and what they have to offer.

We have multiple opportunities for new employees to join our team. These opportunities are suitable for individuals with disability worker experience as well as aged-care/nursing backgrounds. Our clients have a wide variety of support requirements which differ between our accommodation sites with some requiring individuals with aged care/nursing skills and experience due to varying client needs.

If you come from a nursing, paramedic, or aged care background we would encourage you to apply, even if you are in your final year of studies! The clients will also need your support to get around, so a valid NSW driver’s licence is essential!
