Yarra Council is looking for a self-motivated professional for the position of Senior Planner, Community Health and Safety to work within the Policy and Partnerships Unit. You will be part of the Ageing, Equity and Community Development Branch in the Community Strengthening Division, which focuses on the development of responsive social strategy, planning and research with an emphasis on community development, encouraging community connections and growth in community capacity.
To apply, you’ll bring tertiary qualifications in social sciences, public policy or a related field, and experience delivering complex projects in local government or a comparable setting. You’ll be comfortable managing multiple priorities and providing clear, well-reasoned advice.
