The College of Intensive Care Medicine (CICM) is responsible for intensive care medicine specialist training and education in Australia and New Zealand. With over 1200 members, and several hundred trainees, we strive to support the capability of our membership to deliver critical care to their patients.
As our Policy Co-ordinator you will have a diverse consultative role working with our senior members and internal teams to co-ordinate the review and development of all college guidelines, policies and position statements; co-ordinate external submissions and promote liaison with regulatory authorities and external stakeholders.

For success in this role you will bring a tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline, such as public health or social science, coupled with demonstrated experience in policy analysis, policy development or advocacy roles. You will demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders and your written communication abilities will be clear, concise and cohesive. Proven autonomous organisation, co-ordination and administration abilities are essential.
