Help drive systemic change and elevate lived experience voices across Victoria’s homelessness sector. This role will play a central part in co-designing and delivering a statewide Lived Experience Strategic Action Plan, working alongside lived experience communities, SHS organisations, government partners, and CHP’s own Lived Experience Programs.

What you’ll do

  • Lead mapping, in-depth consultation and the development of a sector-wide Vision and Strategic Action Plan for Elevating Lived Experience Voices and Impact
  • Build and support a statewide network of SHS champions and cross-sector partners
  • Establish and coordinate a sector Guidance Council for the plan
  • Identify and follow-up relevant funding opportunities
  • Drive early implementation projects and contribute to cross-team initiatives within CHP
  • Strengthen relationships with lived experience communities and allied organisations

What you bring

  • Experience leading multi-stakeholder projects in human services
  • Strong codesign/coproduction capability
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to synthesise complex ideas
  • A collaborative, strengths-based, trauma-informed approach

Lived experience of homelessness or intersecting experiences will be highly valued.
