We’re looking for a Senior People and Culture Advisor to join us, bringing P&C expertise and genuine care to every part of our organisation.
You are seeking a role where your P&C generalist expertise translates into real impact, practical, timely advice that helps managers and teams do their best work, not just policy for policy’s sake. You have a strong background in employee relations, recruitment and P&C project delivery, and you know how to balance an evidence-based approach with creativity to get things done.
We are looking for someone who has:
Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, you will work closely with people managers and senior leaders across CHOICE to provide proactive, practical P&C solutions throughout the employee lifecycle. You will contribute to the development and delivery of CHOICE’s People and Culture strategic plan.
