We’re looking for a CCO to join us, bringing their commercial expertise and genuine care to every part of our organisation.

About you

You are seeking a role to own and drive revenue for a not for profit organisation. This unique opportunity combines a broad range of commercial opportunities with a strong brand known for independence, trust and an advocacy purpose. You would own and develop the revenue for the Membership base across digital and magazine, distribution opportunities, scaling CHOICE Recommended licensing, developing commercial testing options and building a commercial partnership network. All these revenue opportunities are central to CHOICE's long-term sustainability. 

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience leading high performing sales team, implementing rigorous pipeline and forecasting disciplines, and aligning cross-functional stakeholders behind a shared revenue growth agenda 
• Demonstrated experience developing commercial strategies, sales plans, go to market for new products or services, pricing and licensing models and with strong capability in consultative, value-led selling including personally driving deal origination and closure.
• Experience securing strategic partnerships and leading financial turnaround initiatives with full P&L accountability

About the role 

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will work closely with internal Business Development and Marketing teams and external partnerships to personally build and scale commercial revenue from the ground up. 

You will also:

• Set and execute CHOICE’s commercial and marketing strategy and drive sustainable revenue growth across memberships, offerings, programs and data commercialisation
• Shape compelling commercial propositions and drive market development to expand CHOCIE’s impact and revenue 
• Lead internal marketing and sales operations, fostering a high performance commercial culture among the Commercial division
