Community Housing Limited (CHL) Group of Companies is an innovative and best practice affordable housing organisation which assists access to, develops and manages sustainable housing for people in need. Join our Asset Management team to provide exceptional customer service, working closely with various stakeholders. This is a full time fixed term position based at our Box Hill office.

You will:

  • Distribute work orders to appropriate contractors, monitor and follow up
  • Manage customer queries including liaising with others in CHL as required
  • Process and monitor invoices and purchase orders
  • Administer CHL’s Asset Management database and Contractor information
  • Provide administrative support to Asset Management team

You will demonstrate experience providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will also have:

  • A talent for building relationships and working in partnership with clients, including a compassionate and empathetic approach to customer service
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • strong conflict resolution skills, including the ability to troubleshoot and effectively solve problems
  • Effective time management and multi-tasking skills
  • the ability to work independently as part of a wider team and adapt in a fast-paced environment
