The Opportunity

Currently we are seeking a passionate and dedicated OSHC Supervisor to lead and mentor the Anula team in the provision of engaging, caring and professional child care services.

This is Permanent Full Time role, working Monday - Friday, 75 hours a fortnight.

The OSHC Supervisor is responsible for the effective supervision and control of the service within a legal framework. They are required to effectively manage and support the staff and to provide a safe and stimulating environment that meets the developmental needs and recreational interests of school age children. They also need to ensure the service is inclusive and responsive to the needs of families.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate IV in School Age Education and Care or Diploma in Children’s Services
  • Working with Children Card
  • Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management qualifications
  • Experience in a supervisory position
  • Thorough understanding of the EYLF, National Quality Standards, My Time Our Place, Quality Improvement Plans and current Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
