About the Role

As our new Program Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our iconic leadership programs. You will lead the end-to-end participant journey, from the moment participants are onboarded to long after program completion, ensuring every touchpoint reflects excellence, care, and CEW’s commitment to empowering women.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, loves bringing order to complexity, and feels energised by meaningful stakeholder engagement. You’ll work with inspiring facilitators, senior leaders, venue partners, and a vibrant alumni community — all while helping to innovate and elevate our program experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the end-to-end delivery of our leadership programs: scheduling, onboarding, logistics, venues, facilitators, guest speakers, and post program stakeholder management.
  • Relationship management of future and current participants and our alumni community
  • Support program improvements to enhance participant experience.
  • Support new product development in the Leadership Development space.
  • Support new business and meet program budgets in partnership with the Leadership Development team.
  • Build strong relationships with participants, alumni, CEW members and partner organisations.
  • Use CRM and AI tools to streamline processes and enhance engagement.
  • Travel to program locations across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Perth is required for this role.

About You

  • Strong experience in event/program coordination.
  • Demonstrated and excellent senior stakeholder and relationship management skills.
  • High attention to detail, strong project management, and ability to juggle moving parts.
  • Comfortable working hybrid (min. 2 days in office).
  • Passion for CEW’s mission: women leaders empowering all women.
