About CEW

CEW is a not-for-profit organisation and Australia’s leading network of executive women, united in the purpose of women leaders empowering all women. Since 1985, we have worked with business, government, and the community to advance gender equity and remove barriers to women’s progression, participation, safety, and security. Through flagship programs such as the Leaders Program and the Executive Leaders Program, we support exceptional women as they grow their leadership capability, broaden their influence, and shape a more equitable future.

CEW values diverse lived experiences and perspectives and we encourage applicants from Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander backgrounds, who have caring responsibilities, from culturally and racially marginalised groups, people with disability and people from LGBTQIA+ communities.

About the Role

We're looking for a commercially minded, hands-on Growth Marketing Executive to drive lead generation, campaign performance and pipeline growth across CEW's leadership development products and scholarships

You'll own the marketing funnel end-to-end, from campaign strategy and audience targeting through to execution, nurture journeys, lead conversion and reporting.

Working closely with the General Manager, Member Engagement & Marketing, you'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, taking ownership of digital campaigns that support CEW's growth objectives

Key Responsibilities

Growth & Demand Generation

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies across paid, owned and earned channels
  • Own the end-to-end marketing funnel for CEW's flagship leadership development products
  • Build, manage and optimise campaigns to drive qualified leads and program enrolments
  • Create and manage nurture journeys for longer consideration-cycle products and programs
  • Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve conversion rates
  • Develop campaign assets and content that effectively engage prospective participants
  • Collaborate across the organisation to align messaging and campaign priorities
  • Support marketing for scholarships

Digital Marketing & Paid Media

  • Build and optimise Google Ads campaigns, including management of CEW's Google Ad Grant
  • Manage paid social campaigns across social media platforms
  • Support organic social activity related to programs and lead generation
  • Work closely with external agencies, providing clear briefs and performance direction
  • Manage landing page optimisation and conversion performance

Marketing Automation & CRM

  • Build and execute campaigns within HubSpot
  • Develop email marketing campaigns, workflows and nurture sequences
  • Track and report on lead generation, pipeline performance and conversion metrics
  • Support audience segmentation and campaign personalisation
  • Leverage marketing technology to improve efficiency and results

About You

You are equally comfortable discussing marketing strategy and building campaigns yourself.

You'll bring:

  • At least 5 years' experience in growth marketing, demand generation or performance marketing
  • Experience working within a small organisation, NFP, membership body, education provider or similarly agile environment
  • Proven success managing lead generation campaigns and marketing funnels
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, paid social and digital campaign management
  • Experience using HubSpot or similar marketing automation and CRM platforms
  • Demonstrated capability developing nurture journeys and email automation programs
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimise performance
  • Experience managing external agencies and marketing suppliers
  • Canva design skills and the ability to create quality campaign assets independently
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

We'd be particularly excited if you have:

  • Experience marketing leadership development, executive education, professional services or high-value programs
  • Experience marketing products with longer sales cycles and multiple decision points
  • Understanding of the not-for-profit, membership or advocacy sectors
  • Passion for advancing women in leadership and gender equity
