Cherie’s Country Care is expanding our team of dedicated, passionate, and committed Support Workers to provide direct support to participants with a range of different disabilities. We are currently seeking new team members for support work, with the patience, passion and ability to work with our participants to develop their skills and provide a great quality of life.

Although experience is an advantage, if you are currently doing your Certificate 3 in Disabilities and Individual Support, it is not necessary, as we are willing to train the right candidate and help them reach their potential. We are looking for a person who has what it takes to make a difference in our participants lives.

To be successful in this role you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Full Queensland Driver’s License
• A reliable vehicle for transportation
• Current First Aid Certificate
• National Police Check
• Blue Card
• Yellow Card / worker screening clearance
• Maintain a mobile phone and email address
• Able to work independently and make decisions within the scope of the role
• Be reliable and punctual
