WHAT WE’RE SEEKING

An experienced freelance DM and digital designer to support Change&Co’s creative team craft visually stunning and impactful campaigns that deliver real results.

Approximately 1.5 days per week (12-month contract role - remote) with the capacity grow as our portfolio of copy and design clients expands.

Key responsibilities

  • Campaign creative concepting
  • Presenting concepts to clients
  • Development of direct mail and digital campaign assets 
  • Development of fundraising collateral including supporter newsletters, impact reports, supporter surveys and more. 

Your experience

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience designing fundraising appeals and fundraising communications. 
  • Strong background in visual communications, including:
    • Knowledge of direct marketing design principles
    • Ability to translate campaign goals into clear, effective visual storytelling for diverse audiences
    • Ability to present design concepts confidently to clients and internal teams
    • Ability to work well within tight timelines, evolving briefs and complex projects across multiple channels.
