We're looking for an exceptional Senior Administrator who loves creating order from complexity and understands that great administration enables great impact.

About the Role

Working closely with the Executive Director and leadership team, you'll coordinate the day-to-day administration that keeps our organisation running smoothly. You'll also support governance, fundraising activities, stakeholder engagement and organisational projects.

No two days will be the same.

You might be:

• Coordinating Board papers, agendas and minutes.
• Supporting grant administration, reporting and compliance.
• Maintaining organisational systems, records and policies.
• Coordinating events, meetings and stakeholder communications.
• Preparing professional documents, presentations and reports.
• Supporting HR administration, recruitment and onboarding.
• Managing office operations and helping improve systems and processes.
• Working with staff, schools, funders and community partners to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

About You

You are someone who:

• Has significant administration or executive support experience.
• Is exceptionally organised and highly reliable.
• Takes initiative and enjoys solving problems.
• Has outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Can juggle multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Is confident using Microsoft Office 365 and is quick to learn new systems.
• Maintains confidentiality and exercises sound judgement.
• Enjoys working in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
• Takes pride in helping others succeed.

Experience supporting executives, Boards or not-for-profit organisations will be highly regarded.
