Chain Reaction Foundation (CRF) is a Mt Druitt-based community organisation that has worked alongside young people, families, schools and communities across Western Sydney for more than two decades. Our work supports young people who may be at risk of disengaging from school, community and positive life pathways, while strengthening family relationships, wellbeing, confidence and connection.
The Marketing Coordinator is a full-time creative and communications role focused on strengthening how CRF tells its story across fundraising, programs, schools, events and partnerships. Salary packaging is available, alongside above-average annual leave entitlements.
The primary function of this role, approximately three days per week, is to support CRF-wide marketing and communications activity. This includes social media, fundraising campaigns, website updates, newsletter creation (content support, design, and delivery), EDMs, campaign communications, design collateral, and supporter engagement content across the organisation.
A key feature of this role is dedicated support for FUNPARK, with approximately two days per week focused on this youth-led Mt Druitt community project in direct support of the FUNPARK Project Lead. This includes content creation, storytelling, event promotion, youth co-design, community engagement outputs, and communications that help amplify local youth voice, participation, and pride in place.
This role is partially funded to strengthen local employment pathways, applications from people living in Mt Druitt and Blacktown are highly encouraged.
An early-career marketing professional, ideally based in the Blacktown LGA, with a passion for community impact, youth voice, and purpose-driven storytelling.
