About the Job:

Due to growth, we have created a new leadership opportunity for a dynamic, outcomes driven Director CG Operations. Reporting to the CEO, the Director CG Operations will be an important member of the Executive Team and work closely with the Director, Finance to build a sustainable and outcomes focussed organisation across all sites – Melbourne, Top End of Darwin and Alice Springs.

The Director CG Operations will be responsible for providing strategic direction, leadership and oversight of the core Shared Services functions: Partnerships, Investments and Communications; People and Culture; Occupational, Health, Safety and Environment (OHS&E); IT and Research and Evaluation.

About You:

The successful candidate will possess a relevant qualification and have substantial experience in a general management position, ideally within a growing not-for-profit organisation located across multiple sites and/or interstate (VIC and NT).

As Director CG Operations you will need to be an innovative and strategic thinker with a proven track record of successfully growing a sustainable organisation immediately and in to the future. You will need to work closely with the Executive Team to influence organisation-wide decisions. Your ability to lead, manage and supervise teams and bring the best out in people will also enable you to succeed in this role.
