Key Responsibilities:
The Administration Assistant will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Manage member inquiries and provide assistance with payments and memberships
- Manage different mailboxes and calendars
- Support merchandise sales and oversee stock management
- Prepare mailings, emails, and member packets
- Assist with meeting room arrangements and event setups
- Handle email correspondence and internal communications
- Offer administrative support to various departments
- Contribute to communications with different stakeholders
- Manage calendars, monitor mailboxes, and attend to phone calls.
Ideal candidate
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills
- Able to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively, ensuring deadlines are met
- Friendly, dependable, and able to work independently with a proactive attitude
- Proficient in Outlook and the Microsoft Office suite, with a good grasp of relevant technology and digital tools
- Consistently punctual and reliable, demonstrating a strong work ethic.
- Eager to learn and adapt to new challenges, contributing positively to the team
- Strong problem-solving skills, able to think critically and offer solutions
