This is an exciting newly created role at Centacare developed as part of the new initiative within our family services setting, Centacare’s Psychological Wellbeing Service. This role is aimed to help children, youth and adults to recover from anxiety disorders and depression and impulse disorders, substance use disorders, PTSD, and disruptive behaviours.
The service will be delivered by an accredited clinician who is trained to tailor care to each client, and deliver interventions supported by clinical trials. The service will be available at either a low-cost, or through Medicare’s bulk-billing for focused psychological strategies.
This role will deliver evidence-based psychological interventions for common mental health disorders from our Mildura office, servicing clients across the Rural City of Mildura, Rural City of Swan Hill, Gannawarra Shire, and Buloke Shire.
