The role…

A great opportunity exists for a suitable experienced information management specialist whose expertise lies in providing document management, web technology, Office365 system administration and supports.

Reporting to the Administration and Compliance Manager, the Information Management coordinator will be working with team champions and key stakeholders to drive business process changes and support the Sharepoint Document Management system. Your experience should include Sharepoint 2013-2019 and the Office 365 platform.

Common Equity Housing Ltd (CEHL) is seeking a self-motivated, proactive individual to join our close knit Administration and IT Team. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a supportive environment that encourages development and rewards hard work.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • 4+ years minimum experience in Sharepoint 2013 – 2019
  • 2+ years experience with Sharepoint Online and the Office 365 platform
  • Demonstrated a career experience developing custom solutions using the Office 365 and Sharepoint Online platform
  • Excellent knowledge of configuration and out of the box capabilities of Office 365, Sharepoint Document Management, Workflow, Search and Content Management.
  • Excellent communication both verbal and written

This role is a permanent position ongoing position operating in a part time capacity at 3 days per week and will be based in our Richmond Head Office.
