As the Program Specialist for Lifetime Engagement, you will work across the organisation in conjunction with the existing Fundraising, Marketing and Communication (FMC) group to develop and implement holistic, donor-centric, personalised, data-driven supporter journeys across CCQ supporter fundraising programs and products. You will also play a lead role in the delivery and ongoing development of the Regular Giving program, which has been identified as a key priority across the business. This role sits within the Philanthropy and Supporter Experience (PSX) team in FMC, which aims to provide a diversity of funding opportunities for all prospective and existing supporters of CCQ.
This role is responsible for supporter retention in the Individual Giving portfolio and will work closely with FMC Managers to implement meaningful retention journeys that demonstrate impact to secure lifelong supporter engagement. In addition to increasing retention of supporters, this role will harness analysis and insights to create a pipeline of conversion and moves management opportunities across the entire suite of FMC Fundraising offerings, including regular giving, events, major donors, Gifts in Wills and corporate and community partnerships.
This role is Permanent full-time (37.5 hours per week) based in our Brisbane office.
