Direct Support Worker

Creative Community Pathways

Creative Community Pathways is a NEW and independent company, designed to support participants in a creative and positive way that directly aligns with their individual NDIS goals and outcomes.

Our mission is to educate and empower the supporting network to see the abilities in the person with a disability whilst respecting their sensitivities and create real life choices that are meaningful. Our vision is that people who access our services feel understood, supported, and empowered by their support network to allow for a happy and fulfilled life in equality.

We value our staff members and the skills and experiences that they can bring to our participants. Your rapport building skills and personality will shine when you are individually matched with participants. CCP believes in a participant-centred approach just as much as a staff-centred approach. We value your wellbeing, your input and we offer all staff the opportunity to learn and undergo professional development. In our growing company there will be opportunities for you to grow towards other roles if that is of interest to you.
