We have an exciting opportunity for a suitable candidate to provide Management support to our Aged Services Team delivering support under the Community Visitors Scheme, Commonwealth Home Support Program (Gardening and Social Inclusion) and Home Care Packages Program.

This is a full-time position at 35 hours per week with a competitive Remuneration Package including above Award conditions. You will need qualifications in social sciences or a related field, demonstrated management experience of a team delivering Aged Care Services, and an empathy and understanding of issues affecting frail older people.
