About the Role

CBCHS are currently seeking an experienced, motivated individual to join our Child & Family Services team as a Grade 2 Psychologist. This position is responsible for providing high quality, effective and efficient services to paediatric clients. The role will provide assessment and treatment to pre-school and primary school aged children and families through the provision of appropriate clinical interventions assessments, group work and health promotion activities.

About You

You have demonstrated previous experience, post graduation, working with children and families, and currently hold General Registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA. You are passionate about providing family centred, holistic, and goal directed care that promotes clients’ wellness and active participation in decisions about their care. Your previous experience, ideally within neurodevelopmental issues and complex needs, will allow you to provide high quality counselling services for our clients. Your excellent communication and teamwork skills will see you thrive in a multidisciplinary team environment.

About the Company

Our not for profit organisation provides a comprehensive range of health and community services to the City of Kingston. Services include Specialists, Dental, Allied Health and Counselling services. We also provide a range of Aged Care and Day Programs for adults with a disability. Our main site is in Parkdale with programs and services also offered at Chelsea, Clarinda, Mentone, Cheltenham, Clayton and Edithvale.
