About the Role

As a Physiotherapist Grade 2, you'll deliver high-quality physiotherapy services across clinic, home and community settings, helping people improve mobility, confidence and quality of life. The role includes both individual and group-based interventions and operates within a multidisciplinary Allied Health program.

You will:

  • Conduct physiotherapy assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans
  • Deliver individual therapy sessions in clinic and home-based settings
  • Facilitate and support group programs including falls prevention, hydrotherapy, strength training and cardiac rehabilitation
  • Work collaboratively with clients, carers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve client goals
  • Participate in community outreach activities to support access to services
  • Provide supervision and support to Allied Health Assistants
  • Contribute to student supervision and learning opportunities
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and service development
  • Maintain high-quality clinical documentation and business statistics requirements

About You

You're a compassionate Physiotherapist who enjoys building relationships, working collaboratively and supporting people to live well in their community.

You'll bring:

  • Current AHPRA registration
  • A recognised qualification in Physiotherapy
  • Minimum three years' clinical experience as a Physiotherapist
  • Strong evidence-based physiotherapy practice skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Experience working with diverse communities and client groups
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Experience supervising Allied Health Assistants, students or junior staff
  • A commitment to quality improvement and continuous learning
