At Better Health Network (BHN), we're transforming community health and making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families across Melbourne's south-east. We're looking for a passionate Paediatric Podiatrist to join our growing Child, Adult & Family Therapies team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a highly skilled multidisciplinary paediatric team including Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists, Dietitians and Early Childhood professionals. You'll also be supported by one of the largest podiatry teams in community health, with more than 15 Podiatrists across our network providing collaboration, mentoring and professional development opportunities.

About the role

As a Paediatric Podiatrist, you'll provide evidence-based assessment, intervention and education to children and families, helping them achieve their mobility, developmental and participation goals.

Working within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment, you'll contribute to holistic care planning and support children with a broad range of developmental, neurological, musculoskeletal and disability-related needs.

You'll have the opportunity to build strong partnerships with families, educators and community services while delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

About you

You are a dedicated clinician who is passionate about improving outcomes for children and families. You enjoy working collaboratively, value continuous learning and thrive in a team environment.

You will bring:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Podiatry
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Minimum two years' experience in paediatric podiatry
  • Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Experience working within multidisciplinary teams
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality, family-centred care
