The Manager Integrated Care will provide strategic management and support to ensure that the Integrated Care Team provides the highest quality, contemporary client centred care. Through effective planning of services, in collaboration with the Primary Health management team, the incumbent will drive service growth and development and maximise stakeholder engagement opportunities. This position will provide a meaningful contribution to CBCHS and our clients through playing a pivotal role in improvement of service efficiency and operational effectiveness. You are passionate about improving services, opportunities and access for those who are more vulnerable or disadvantaged and are able to demonstrate skills to implement evidence-based practice in a community setting. You have proven experience as a manager of services preferably in a complex, diverse, multi/transdisciplinary environment and demonstrated people management skills, particularly in leadership and development of teams. You will be an experienced manager and/ or have contemporary knowledge of the health and community sector.
