At Better Health Network (BHN), we believe everyone deserves connection, belonging, and support to live well. We're looking for a passionate and organised ACVVS Program Coordinator to lead the delivery of the Aged Care Volunteer Visitors Scheme (ACVVS) across Inner Southern Melbourne.
This is a rewarding opportunity to coordinate a program that helps older people build meaningful social connections, reduce loneliness, and improve wellbeing through the support of dedicated volunteers.
As the ACVVS Program Coordinator, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of the program, ensuring volunteers and older people are matched, supported and connected through safe, meaningful relationships.
You'll work closely with volunteers, aged care providers, community organisations and internal teams to grow the program, maintain strong partnerships, and achieve funded outcomes.

You are a people-focused coordinator who enjoys building relationships and making things happen. You are highly organised, proactive and passionate about supporting older people in the community.
You'll bring:
Experience with the Aged Care Volunteer Visitors Scheme (ACVVS) or broader aged care sector will be highly valued.
