Exciting newly created Executive Assistant position responsible for supporting the CEO in administering projects and effectively managing stakeholder relationships, assisting with events and activities, minute taking, creating reports, conducting organisational and general administrative duties as well as reviewing operational procedures and policies.
You will be self-starter, happy to play a hands-on role with a calm, personable nature, possess excellent communication skills and enjoys proactively looking for ways to support the executive and contribute ideas to the broader team and organisation.
The team are passionate, committed & extremely hardworking. They are very driven to reach their goals, so that they can continue to develop and deliver their much-needed programs to Australians in real need!
