We have a new and exciting full time employment opportunity for an experienced Out of Home Care, Regional Manager to join our Inspire@HOME Program.
Our Inspire@HOME Program provides support to young people 12 years to 18 years, who require placement in a residential setting. It seeks to provide a therapeutic healing environment and experiences for young people, which supports and assists them to overcome many of the challenges which they may have encountered in their short lifetime.
The Regional Manager report's directly to the Executive Manager, Family and Community Services and has operational responsibility for all therapeutic residential houses, special care packaged houses, case management and independent living pods across their region. This will include ensuring compliance with all relevant legislative requirements, KPIs within the programmes, Service Agreements, plus the overseeing of budgets and house staffing requirements. The position will also provide emergency “on-call” support to house teams on a rotational basis.
