This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced FDRP to join CatholicCare’s team based on Tasmania’s North West Coast. CatholicCare Tasmania is the primary social service agency of the Catholic Church. Across Tasmania, CatholicCare delivers a wide range of support programs for individuals, families and communities. Our services are available for all backgrounds, beliefs and circumstances, and many of programs focus on children and families.

We employ more than 450 staff across the State and offer a variety of programs and projects across key areas: Children, Family, Housing, Multicultural services, Counselling and Emergency Relief.

The Location:

Tasmania is an island state, a place of remote and beautiful wilderness, delicious food and wine, an enviable relaxed lifestyle and friendly people. Burnie is Tasmania’s most westerly city and is a 3.5 hour drive from Hobart and 90 minutes’ drive to Launceston.

Remuneration:

This position is full-time working 38 hours per week. The minimum remuneration package is Social Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award Level 6 for accredited FDRP’s.
