Reporting directly to CatholicCare’s CCareline call centre manager, and working closely with program managers and the executive leadership team, the Project Lead works agency wide and is responsible for re-engineering client enquiry and booking process in CatholicCare services utilising our customer management information system.

CCareline is the single entry point to CatholicCare programs. The team provides efficient and empathic client enquiry management of incoming calls, website contacts and CCareline App referrals for CatholicCare Sydney and Family Spirit. 

Applying technical knowledge and skills is a must in this role, as is your stakeholder and relationship management along with process mapping and change management skills. You will work at a proactive level overcoming obstacles for successful project delivery. 

CatholicCare Sydney is the official social services agency of the Catholic Church in the Archdiocese of Sydney. We are a leading not-for-profit agency providing care and support to people in Sydney across a wide range of social services: Children and families, relationships, ageing, disability, employment, mental health and youth programs. 

This is a full-time position for 6 months and includes access to salary packaging. 

Successful applicants will ideally have:

• Ability to undertake the duties of the role in accordance with CatholicCare’s Mission, Vision and Values
• 3-5 Years experience working in a project capacity
• Strong technical proficiency – Experience with CRM & CMIS systems
• Proven track record managing a variety of stakeholders & vendors
• Knowledge of social services sector highly regarded
• Ability to manage competing demands and personalities
• Excellent Microsoft office skills
• Experience in change management & change management principals highly regarded
