Casa Services is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead (Registered Nurse) to provide leadership and oversight of clinical services for people with disability. This is an exciting opportunity to join a values-driven organisation and make a real impact in the disability sector.
About the role
As Clinical Lead, you will:
- Oversee clinical operations and ensure compliance with NDIS standards and clinical governance frameworks.
- Develop and review client care plans, ensuring safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
- Mentor and support frontline leaders and staff in evidence-based practice.
- Manage clinical incidents, restrictive practices, and high-intensity supports.
- Drive continuous improvement and contribute to strategic planning for clinical services.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in clinical service delivery.
- Knowledge of NDIS requirements and clinical governance highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain high professional standards.
- Holds or can obtain an NT Working With Childrens card, NDIS worker screening and police clearance.
