The Opportunity

As the Integrated Care Manager you will lead the delivery, growth and innovation of our Allied Health, Wellness, Reablement and Lifestyle services across residential care, community care and independent living. This is a unique opportunity combining clinical leadership, service innovation and commercial acumen to shape the future direction of integrated care services at Carrington. Support independence, wellbeing and quality of life for older people by leading multidisciplinary teams and driving service excellence, strategic growth, workforce performance and consumer outcomes across a diverse service portfolio.

Reporting to the Executive Manager, Quality Risk & Assurance, this Full-time onsite opportunity enjoys a remuneration package comprised of base salary + leave loading, superannuation & NFP Salary Packaging.

Responsibilities

  • Leading Allied Health, Wellness, Reablement, Lifestyle and Spiritual Care services across multiple service streams
  • Driving service growth, utilisation and commercial performance in line with organisational strategy
  • Developing innovative programs that enhance consumer outcomes and engagement
  • Leading workforce performance, capability development and multidisciplinary collaboration
  • Ensuring compliance with aged care standards, clinical governance and quality frameworks
  • Building strategic partnerships and identifying opportunities to expand services and strengthen market presence

About You

Essential Criteria:

  1. Tertiary qualifications in Allied Health, Health Sciences or a related discipline
  2. Current AHPRA registration and/or relevant professional membership
  3. Significant leadership experience within aged care, health, wellness or integrated care services
  4. Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams
  5. Experience driving service growth, utilisation and commercial outcomes
  6. Strong understanding of aged care funding, reablement principles and clinical governance frameworks
  7. Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship management skills
  8. A passion for innovation, continuous improvement and person-centred care
