What does the role involve?
As a key member of the Humanitarian team, you will support the delivery of impactful programs through high-quality, timely coordination, and administration.
This role suits an early-career professional with relevant qualifications, strong admin experience, and a genuine passion for global issues and the aid and development sector, with the interest and confidence to contribute to social media content.
Key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Assist with project and partnership coordination for Program Coordinators and Country Offices to ensure compliance with accountability requirements.
- Manage documentation and information, ensuring alignment with internal processes for smooth operations.
- Supporting the team in documentation administration, information management and alignment with internal processes, policies and systems.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve administrative functions by identifying and implementing process enhancements.
- Provide flexible support to the Programs Department with additional tasks as needed.
This role is based in our Mascot office and will work a hybrid model, including two days in the office per week.

- Tertiary qualifications in international development or other relevant discipline (or equivalent)
- Understanding of issues related to the aid and development sector

- Demonstrated experience in an administrative role in a professional environment

- Strong attention to detail and able to manage conflicting priorities
