Carinity Home Care - Bribie & Caboolture provides tailored support to seniors, and those with disability, living on Bribie Island and in and around Caboolture – including out to Burpengary, Donnybrook, and Wamuran.

About the role

Reporting directly to the Lifestyle Coordinator, you will provide effective and efficient domestic assistance (transportation, food preparation, laundry, and cleaning services) within a client’s home. For this role, we are looking for workers who hold a Current Drivers Licence and own transport.

Travelling between numerous clients through the day, your day will be varied and far from boring – no day is the same!

What do I need for the role?

  • Certification and/or relevant experience in the hospitality and/or Health & Aged Care industry.
  • Compassion and a genuine interest in caring for the elderly, supporting their dignity and independence.
  • Demonstrated knowledge or ability to acquire knowledge of Aged Care Standards, Food Safety Standards, WH&S Act and Infection Control.

Desirable:

  • Current First Aid Certificate or working towards same.
