The Property Supervisor is a unique role, providing hands-on leadership to Grounds and Maintenance staff working within the Townsville cluster. The position is responsible for ensuring all applicable legislative and policy requirements are met, scheduled, ad-hoc maintenance is performed, and the properties and grounds are in a presentable condition.
This role's responsibilities include overseeing the grounds and maintenance for multiple sites, including a Residential Aged Care, Home Care and a School, based in Townsville.
