Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this is an exciting new management role with responsibility for project delivery and driving ongoing business improvements. Heading up the Business Enablement function you and your team will work with all facets of the business to solve complex business problems and deliver timely change initiatives that facilitate organisational quality, consistency and productivity.
One of your first tasks will be to develop and implement an organisation-wide strategic project management framework, using your strong commercial acumen to prioritise and sequence project delivery and budgets. More broadly, you will work in partnership with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for organisational improvement and to develop, communicate and embed effective solutions.
You will also oversee the ongoing development and implementation of the Heart Foundation’s internal risk management and governance framework and facilitate the Executive Group’s quarterly strategic review processes.
You will be a highly collaborative, positive and proactive leader, building, supporting and motivating a high performing, customer centric team to deliver business services and solutions.
To be successful in this role, you will be qualified in business or project management discipline and/or have demonstrated experience in a senior operational leadership and management role. You will also have:
